Published in this brochure are the 1999 Official Rules and Regulations, and we encourage both anglers and captains to review them before Tuesday night's Captain's Party and Rules Meeting at the Boca Bay Pass Club. Our goal for this year's tournament is a safe, enjoyable two days of fishing, catching, weighing and releasing. Traditional fishing methods, and an equal chance for both the amateur and skilled angler to boat the lucky winning fish, are the traits that set this tournament apart from the rest.

The "social" events that embellish this tournament have become a tradition. The mid-weed Silver King Celebration in the downtown Boca Grande features a "taste of Boca", the Grande Raffle, and dancing in the street. The Awards Ceremony at the Boca Bay Power House gives us all a chance to congratulate the winners and celebrate the success of an awesome event. Detailed in this brochure are the times and locations.

Please encourage your family and friends who cannot be out in the pass to frequent the spectator tent at the south end of the island. Up to date tournament standings, food and festivities are a few of the reasons not to miss "the tent".
